- In Washington, DC: American University, Georges Washington University (this last one is only for the Medical Exchange program);
- In Arizona: Northern Arizona University;
- In California: the 23 campuses of California State University;
- In Connecticut: University of Connecticut;
- In Florida: Florida International University, University of Miami, and University of South Florida;
- In Illinois: University of Illinois at Chicago;
- In Kentucky: Bellarmine University;
- In Louisiana: the campuses affiliated with CODOFIL plus University of New Orleans and the campuses of Louisiana State University;
- In Massachussets: Harvard University (only for the Medical Exchange program);

- In Tennessee: Vanderbilt University (only for Teaching Assistants);

- In Wisconsin: University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and at Madison (this last one is only for Teaching Assistants).
Exchanges are organized in the following fields :

- Law (with some restrictions, no access to Law Schools; they are graduate schools and require students to take and pass an entrance exam)

The basic principle of the exchange is reciprocity. The student pays his tuition fees at his home university.
