California State University, Fullerton (also known as CSUF) is a public university located in Fullerton, California. It is the largest institution in the CSU System by enrollment, it offers long-distance education and adult-degree programs. This college is a large population type campus.
Cal State Fullerton’s academic departments and programs are organized into 8 colleges:

CSU Fullerton is the only campus in California that offers the Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in school nursing. The 2009 edition of Princeton Review’s “Best 296 Business Schools” publication highlighted the school’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. In 2009 at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, both winners of the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship represented California State University, Fullerton’s Department of Theatre and Dance.
CSUF’s athletic teams compete in Division I of the NCAA and are collectively known as the Cal State Fullerton Titans.
Fullerton is located in Orange County, a technologically rich and culturally vibrant area of metropolitan Los Angeles.

There is a limited on-campus housing available.
Exchange visitors are required to purchase and maintain the CSU International Student Health Insurance Plan. It may be purchase online at
www.csuhealthlink.com with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Health insurance premiums are required to be prepared for the duration of the exchange. Exchange visitors cannot waive the health insurance requirement, nor substitute an alternate health insurance policy from their home country. Exchange students are required to carry Health Insurance. Chartis is accepted by CSU, therefore French students may obtain Chartis by visiting the MICEFA website in order to submit their Chartis Insurance request and payment.
